OMG I luv that show! I always learn something stupid that I never knew I didn't want to know.

Alton Brown's got a new show out now too that's pretty cool called "Feasting on Asphalt".

Yep, I think it's cool and I learn things. It's a good mix of entertainment and science that you dont usually see in a cooking show.
I used his recipe for brining my turkey last thanksgiving actually too. Came out great.

That show is so fascinating... It is such an improvement over your cookie cutter "hey lets watch me cook something" lame show.

I love Alton, he always has something crafty to share, and his new show is pretty cool too.

Food Network is my TV guilty pleasure.

I dig that show. The episode about how to cook the perfect steak was awesome.

Alton Brown has the best show on TFN. He breaks shit down all scientific-like and makes cooking seem a notch or two less homo.

i have 300 channels, and i only watch 2... Cartoon Network during Adult Swim for Family Guy, and Good Eats, i FUCKING love Alton Brown! He knocked Emril off as my fav cook because of that show.
