This shit in the world today pisses me off to the point where I am almost ready to defy everyone's suggestions, feelings and feedback, walk down to the recruiter and sign my life away.

Hell fucking no. I in no way support or wish to support any of the wars going on right now. I actually think the Iraq war is an illegal war and am 100% against it, why would I want to sign up and be part of something I think is wrong?

Of the two countries we've waged "war" on, one of which was completely innocent of the wrong-doings we claimed them of doing, neither had the technological capabilities of doing any significant damage to America. We didn't do the "job" the first time in Afghanistan, we didn't send enough troops in and we let a giant Arabian strapped to a dialysis machine slip through our fingers. The "war" on 'terrorism' is fundamentally unwinnable and calling it a "war" no more justifies it today then it did five years ago.

We could have chose a much better way to deal with Al Qaeda and the Taliban; we didn?t. Then we made even bigger asshats of ourselves by invading the sovereign nation of Iraq? lmao. Anyways, terrorists as a whole pose little to no threat to the United States of America. When they manage to get enough troops ready to do a full-scale invasion, let me know. I'm a centrist on most issues, but when it comes to the middle east I guess you could say I'm far left. The entire area is full of people still stuck in the stone age and they do not pose a threat to the majority of the 'civilized' world. The only real threat in the middle east is Israel.

You're cool with Iran developing nuclear weapons? They probably don't have the ability to hit the USA, but they sure can hit Israel, which sure would LOVE to hit Iran back, who would go to Russia for support against Israel which = end of world. Absolutely I think Iran should have the RIGHT to develop nuclear weapons. I think every country has the RIGHT to protect themselves from outside threats, and there is NO BIGGER THREAT in the middle east than Israel. Not only by developing nuclear weapons will Iran be able to become an even greater economic power (since they will be able to sell more oil that they themselves won?t be using for power), but as a byproduct they will have the raw materials necessary to act as a preventative measure. Jewrats will have to think twice before invading another sovereign nation in the future.
