MAD DRAMA-Epassporte Strikes again

but actually in a good way... i havent recd a weekly payment from a sponsor that always shows up before 7pm on thurs... with the database issue tonight, i havent recd it yet...

so i called epass support, which i normally never do because their support usually sucks, although i havent called them in months (instead i just contact keyser and he gets problems resolved)... they told me the db problem was slowing things up and that i should have a credit within 2 hours.. so 2 hours goes by and no credit. so i call again and they tell me that if the sponsor tried to issue payment during db problem it wouldnt get credited.. they also told me that if i had the sponsors user id (which i didnt) they could check to see if the payment was issued...

now, normally i would be realy pissed, but because both of the different support people i talked to were very professional and upfront about what was going on and offered to help in anyway they could, i just cant be mad...

i hope epass continues to offer the type of support i recd tonight... it seems like they are trying to improve...

btw chris mallick, give your cs rep jimmy a raise he was very professional and helpful..

Nice to see someone posting something on the other side of the coin for once. I know that shitty things happen every day with just about every company, but you rarely hear when things go right (Or at least as right as they can in any given situtation). Glad to hear their support is improving.

Awesome. People should post positive experiences a lot more. :2 cents:

but as we all know, no one posts their POSITIVE experiences with us, only when they need to complain. commonplace. ah well.

Can you be more specific? Saying "i have lost money with epass" won't take you anywhere and is not trustfull if you don't explain what happened...

cant we just all get along and stop being so negative.. the guy posted a good comment even though his problem wasn't solved , why not just thank him. like " hey thanks for the kind words"

How the HELL can you call yourself a rep with attitude like that? There have been PLENTY of positive posts about epassporte, and this one is as well, and you start bitching about people not posting their POSITIVE experiences?

It's just about the most unprofessional marketing I have seen this week.

What is your marketing plan for Epassporte ? flashing your cleavage and go "Epassporte.com hi-hi!"

Nice apology and it's understandable why may have been on the defensive. :thumbsup

You know people are positive when you don't find complaints and when
people start to recommend you in post where people ask for the kind of
service you provide....and I guess in the case of epass I'm sure you'll the
positive effect in terms of new accounts and increase in transaction volume :winkwink:

I know it can be very hard when all you read and hear is people slamming you
but if you can remain calm and at least listen to the complaints and following
up on them even by just getting in touch to let the person know people are working on it I'm very sure that people will be a lot more understanding when
there is a problem.

With Epass people go bananas instantly coz it's their money they can't
touch....which increases their emotions by a factor 100 especially since
a lot of them are young affiliates who buy their food and pay their bills
from the money they have in their account.

This reply is not directly directed to you but in general....so don't take it as
