I think it just means you can't send epass transfer to another account.

If you have an epass card, you should still be able to use it I would think. Did they block all activity for non-verified accounts?

i really get sick of people like you. i admit i had 2 little problems with epass myself since i got it BUT the support is a A+. All the probs were erased quickly.
