Am I the only one that hate sending traffic to a tour page with an email collection box on it?

That and really blatant traffic leaks are big groaners.

If it's PPS then I don't mind, they gotta make money.

If it's revshare, then upsells or leaks of any kind that I don't get credit for piss me off.

There will come the day where all sponsors will have leak free affiliate tours. We're already there. :)

I fail to see the difference between a PPS and a Revshare! A leak is a leak and can distract a surfer with your ref from joining....

The webmaster links are blatant leaks to.

I don't like it either, but I would rather they leaked some traffic, than shaved me...

Well it's kind of like exit consoles and cross sales. If you demand a $40 pps payout then they have to do all of those little things to make a profit and still pay out $40.

If it's revshare then they shouldn't make money unless I make money, that's how I see it.

Also, email collection boxes aren't "traffic leaks" if done properly, the surfer should never leave the page.

They may not leave the page, but it can make them think twice and actually decide to get the free emails instead of signing up right away to the paysite.

Sure and they may see a site advertised in the entrance pop under that they like better and sign up for that too......but if you want high PPS payouts you have to take your medicine.

That's why I like revshare with no traffic leaks and no upsells unless I get paid on those sales also.

I hate them,,,, I also hate those redirect boxes that "xxxxxxxxxs" uses.. the ones that say "looking for something else" & it has a dropdown menu so surfer can be sent to another site WITHOUT your id. I've followed these & webmaster id does not pass or carry through it.

Why would you like it? Unless they give you credit for it.
