We are looking for Advanced PHP/MySQL guys. I can't have any dodgy code.

For outsourcing work you can also go to elance.com or rentacoder.com. There should be many companies responding to an offer and they have a rating-system there so you see if they're good or not.

We tried to find some outsourced people before and got plenty of repsonce from outsourcing companies.
They where more busy with getting me to sign some order form before they would give me any actual CV's
I finally gave in and send in a form, I never received a CV but was contacted plenty of times since then.

be sure to check the code for security exploits
