Well since the promo is no ratio, there really isn't a per-signup equivalent. I mean if you convert 1 paid in 100 free (that would really suck for us heh), that's $200 per signup :)

On the normal everyday scale though, it's approx $50 not $35 if you check it. Example:

1:5 = $10 (10x5 = $50)
1:10 = $5 (10x5 = $50)
1:30 = $1.60 (30x1.6=$48)

and so on....

No math please, this is gfy...
