Anybody can be annoying to someone, so the answer simply would have to be no. For example, I'm extremely annoyed at that notabook guy! All he does is preach about how cats are going to take over the planet and turn humans into slaves and how books are the paper minions of Satan himself. I hate that fucking guy.
