This would not be about charging him with anything, but about halting warrantless wiretaps.

Imo its just a simple misunderstanding of the law by this judge, and will be overturned. End of story.

I'm sure it will... end of story is when it gets to Roberts and Alito.

President bush has the right to boil down the elderly into a high protein shake to be sold overseas.......... but proving that right would require us to reveal state secrets so we dont have to prove it..
