I know everyone wants to cut him up, pour salt in his wounds, let him heal and repeat the process dozens of time but we must let the legal system follow through. Innocent until proven guilty. It's a cornerstone of our legal system and even though it appears more and more that we're guilty until proven innocent, we should still strive to remember that creed. The moment the fucker is found guilty though, please, for the love of Buddah let the guy 'accidentally' fall out of the police car and some sadist gets a hold of him for a few years.

Well if its how it seems it is, I think this will be a fast trial. He was in charge of the child, she suddenly has blood coming out where she shouldnt even be touched yet, and internal damage. And I agree, if I was the child's father or mother I would be in prison right now because the fucker would be dead... but as someone who sees the legal system becoming more and more like that of the tyrannical system in which the colonialists ran away from, I have to strive to keep emotions out of it. Let the legal system do its due part, and after the fucktard is found guilty string him up and slice him up, salt him, let him heal and repeat the process. The papers have to say that so they don't get sued. If he didn't do it then he is still guilty of something ebcause the child was in his care when she got raped. DNA will prove he's the sick bastard that did the crime. Knowing his fresh 18 year old ass is about to be severely raped dozens upon dozen of times does brings a sense of justice to this. Hopefully they make him suck their cocks AFTER they have been in his own ass. Also hopefully many of his cell mates have AIDS or HEP C.

Go look at a paper from 100 year ago there isn't any "allegedly" crap in them. Papers started to get sued thus they had to put "allegedly" in there to avoid lawsuits.
