I'm guessing that someone is artificially bumping the GFY traffic numbers with a bot or something, since the numbers jumped for no particular reason around mid-April.

I noticed patterns and anomolies on other properties run by adult.com too, especially when looking back two years.

it is pretty common knowledge that alexa is mainly used by webmasters, so that would explain that

EVERY spyware removal program removes alexa automatically, including spybot, adaware, etc....so, unless you are purposely NOT removing alexa tracking, it always gets removed...and most spyware removal customers just remove what those spyware removal programs say to

checking those others boards on big-boards, gfy is not even close to being in the top 20-30 anymore

Alexa numbers don't mean shit. GFY is big, but in terms of traffic and posts, there is bigger boards out there.

I'd actually be interested how many posts GFY is pushing a day.
