Can I transfer money to my paypal account using my epassporte virtual visa?
 

I have quite a bit of money in epassporte now, but cant withdraw it to a bank account. Can I transfer the money to my paypal account using the epassporte virtual visa card details (and then withdraw it to my bank accoun)?

Do I lose money in the process?

you can get someone to do it for you. woj does it, charges a little fee. i have even used people that do it at par.
