Have you had your wisdom teeth out?
 

Just got all four of my wisdom teeth out yesterday and I am fucked up! Has anyone else had them out past being a teenager (I'm 25)? My face is swollen up like a chipmunk and I'm wasted off Vicodin, just wondering how long of a recovery I have to look forward to. :(

Not as an adult. But a worse time. The day after I got my drivers license when I was 16.

Yikes. I have an appointment to get mine out in the next few weeks. I am not looking forward to it.

strange that you bring this up.. I just bled all over the bathroom sink.. I had one in there bugging the fuck out of me,, I reached in there with some needle nose & ripped the fucker out,, Honestly, I don't feel a thing.... just ripped the fucker out,, that was like an hour ago.. I'm still bleeding, but it don't hurt. Actually feels better than it did with the tooth in there.

:thumbsup Only one was actually hurting before I had them out, but when it was getting really bad Sunday night I thought about doing exactly that.

I had extremely long roots in my wisdom teeth that caused terrible complications when I had the 2 on the right removed (one cracked, the other had a cavity). The 2 on the left will only come out if they have a problem.:Oh crap

i was swollen and shit for about two weeks. then i could eat solid food, but very carefully.

popcorn and nachos scared the shit out of me for about two months though.'

although alot of people i know didn't take that long to recover.

3 of 4 are doing fine... the last fucker is hiding and wont come out! No pain, but it is annoying! Im 26

It will get better in about 4 days, just take painkillers for a few more days
