It's friggn genius, pay africans and philipinos to make fause bids on your items at the end of auction.

You have to relist your auction. so you get charged for the first one......Most of the people that get scewed, Dont feel like dealing with the hasle of getting a hold of ebay for a .95 cent listing, so they relist.

why would they have to pay people to do that?

Because it only takes one relist to pay the people doing it per hour. You can fuck at least 40 bids per hour.
