New encoding...your thoughts?
 

We are starting a new encoding process of our videos which are shot in wide screen (16:9). What we would like to know is what you guys think is the best screen size to encode at. We are planning to encode at 1.5mb per sec. What are your thoughts?

I constantly have people hitting me up abot custom encoding this is your chance to drop your thoughts. Do it!

Drinks sounds good to me.. you gotta go with atleaset 640x360, that should be perfect at 1.5mbs.. Our 1000k streams are 600x450

640x480 with 1000kbps

yep the dialup folks are going to love that lol also the dsl lite crowd.
