Anyone watch Cesar Milan (The Dog Whisperer)?
 

New episodes Fridays at 9pm eastern on National Geographic.
I used to think it was one of those 'pet psychic' shows which are ridiculous beyond words.
Watched one episode and was hooked.

I love that show :thumbsup

He talks to dogs?

Very little talking.
As he puts it "I rehablitate dogs, I retrain owners"

No silly talking to dog spirits or whatever the pet psychics do

I set my DVR.
looks like a rerun tonight
I'll watch it anyways.. its new to me.

I watch that show a lot it's great heh

I guess theres not too many dog lovers here.
I'm not claiming to be the worlds greatest dog lover either but I'm fascinated by his technique.

he is fun to watch

We walk our three dogs with backpacks like he suggests and it works great. Even our male that used to try and piss every 10 feet doesn't even take a piss until we get done walking now. His shit works.

*tiss* is about all the talking he does to the dogs

Haven't seen it but everyone I know who has says to.

I tivo it so I can see some of the quirky things dogs do but also to turn an hour long show into the 15 minutes it should only take.

Other than the dogs themselves, every episode is pretty much the same though

• Spend 8 minutes introducing the dog and their quirky problems
• Ceasar comes over - rehash everything you just spend 8 minutes explaining
• Go to commercial - come back and give a 2 minutes to update the same thing you just spent 16 minutes explaining
• Ceasar spends 8 minutes of air time with the dog.
• Spend 5 minutes to tell the dog owner they aren't the pack leader they should be.

Move to new dog with new quirk and repeat.....
