You said that on August 2nd. We're just about to hit September. By any sane system of measure, that's more than three days and you, apparently, have not yet filed suit. That, by definition, makes the above statement false, which makes TWO lies; the one that said you would sue and the one where you claimed that you didn't make a false statement.

Your next argument will be that you said you would sue if your account wasn't unlocked within three days, but you didn't actually say you would sue within three days. That is just a matter of semantics, everyone knows what you meant. Still, let's pretend that's true. That would mean that, even if ePassporte solves your problem, you would still be obligated to sue because it took more than three days.

No matter how you slice it, you're full of shit somewhere in there. You lost $0. Work it out with ePassporte and stop filing pretend lawsuits. Move on.
