supoena to testify on child porn
 

any advice received a supoena to testify on wednesday. i own a colocation facility where we do hosting and dedicated servers as well. a long time customer that has 4 machines with me hosted a site that that is in question.

the scary part about the whole thing is the guy in question has been in jail for close to a year with no trial. and the trial is in the south. and being of a minority race, i would hate to be lynched over there when i get there.

if the evidence is strong why do they wait a whole year, i just hope theyre not bringing me over there to make a case because don't seem like they have a strong one. i just have transaction records and occasional emails about late payments and what not but i have no idea of the sites that were run on the servers. any opinions or stories would be appreciated.
