Near last straw with epassporte
After still dealing with the ramifications of them forcing me to re-verify every single card I have listed with them for load reasons. It is beginning to drive me quite mad and the irritation level with them is growing to a breaking point.
I know the process of verifying the cards, the pending transfers, etc. Since I had been through it all before when I first added my cards. So this is not some failure on my part to understand the process nor my banks since they had no problems dealing with epassporte up to this point. Near three weeks ago I discovered the issue and attempted to verify my card tied to my business account. I let almost 2 weeks go by to allow the pending charge to appear. Nadda! I called epassporte, dealt with the phone support, had them explain the process several times to me before they manually removed the previous transfer and put in another supposedly. Well low and behold several days latter and still NO FUCKING PENDING TRANSFER with my bank. I still can not load my epassporte account to pay those I need to. So alas I will once again find someone to do a paypal to epassporte transfer. I will pay an additional percentage to get it done and so forth. It really amazes me how often things go wrong when dealing with this company. Also while I was thinking about it. I still can not figure out why they would have me re-verify my damn cards. They were already verified. Transfers were happening every week when I loaded my account. They can not really claim it was for security reasons, since the whole damn process is done via the PC and the accounts were already tied to epassporte anyways. It is just redoing something over again. |

When this originally unfolded I happened to be in the hospital, away from my pc, away from my debit cards, etc. This could of been a very bad story if it was something more pressing like a domain renewal, etc where time truly is of the essence. Thankfully those I need to pay understand the situation. |
