Here's what you're missing:

TO may be a great player, but he won't bring a trophy to anybody. Why? Because the harm he causes to team morale far outweighs his talent. He'll turn everybody against each other and the team will have a shit season. That's what he's good at... causing team strife. That's what he's done everywhere he's played. Why in the world does Jerry think TO will be any different in Texas?

Well I think Jerry Jones thinks that just because he has BIB Bad Bill Parcells that in itself will change T.O.! I dont know, Bill Parcells can get to 99% of the players in NFL. He can get to them and get in their heads and make them what he whats to make them................but I still think T.O. falls in the 1%.
