You know what I really hate?
When I want to unsubscribe from a newsletter and can only do that by login to your account first. For example here: http://www.hahahahahaha.com/profile....ns#unsubscribe

Is this allowed according to the anti-spam laws?

Some companies even don't provide an user/pass retrieval tool. Or they provide it, but only if you know your username. What a dickheads there live on this planet :321GFY

It's easier to block emails from them.

I get about 200 junk email a day, sucks :321GFY

some times when i block spams i have the feelings that the next day even MORE spam comes
