Yup, that's perfectly fine up here in Canuckistan. Hell, strippers put on a hell of a lot more of a naked show every day of the week in the bars here, doing naked handstands, legs wide open for 250 guys to see. Compared to that what's the big deal about a magic act where nudity just happens to be a part of it.
