i use them for my banner server, and i forgot the url for the control panel, lost the account activation email.

wondering if anyone knows the url before i see if i can reach a support rep.

You mean the link for the direct admin login?

If so, mine is http://www.mydomain.com:2222/

That is for a dedicated box.
