I would prefer a paysite type tour that pays per signup. There's no need to have the site translated in every language, but multiple billing options suitable for every country is a must.

good luck. cam sites appreciate people that actually PAY. If you do not use dialers or pbp you are pretty much out of luck from what I have seen.
