Typical GFY - Steve Irwin dies and madness ensues

Do you ever wonder what is up with everyone on GFY? Here is the typical chain of events as seen yet again.

22 threads announcing that Steve was hit by a Stingray and / or a personal opinion on the matter. (Same as this one)

Many people come out to sing praises to him and a handful of others make a joke or make fun of the situation.

Arguments commence about differing of opinions.

People call for bannings when nothing bannable has happened.

Others swear off doing business with someone because of their comments here.

GatorB gets pissy and starts cursing people.

The interesting part is that some people seem to take serious offense to anothers opinion of someone outside of the board. Some poeple need to calm down just a bit. This is GFY and how can you really believe anything that is said here? When you see person a) make a snide comment and person b) respond with their own it is impossible to tell if either of them are being serious. There are 5 page "arguements" on here sometimes from friends playing GFY for pageviews. But, some of those contributing page views are just playing along as well and have different opinions in real life than they are posting.

Which brings us back to the point that everyone should chill on getting seriously offended by something they read, especially here. Not only is that the nature of the board (Go fuck yourself?) but you really can't determine who is just pulling strings and who is serious. Even if you could, what does someones opinion on Steve Irwin have to do with business?

Relax people. :pimp
