Can I write a program which takes your feed and uses the content to create physical .HTML pages with your content on them - and then load these pages onto my own domains for indexing and ranking purposes?

I think what he wants is a way to create different pages dynamically..

rss2html just adds the content to existing pages using includes

Unless I'm missing something...

I think you can do whatever you want with them so long as you send them traffic.
