I would stay away from domains with the actual term wikipedia in them.

Wikipedia might be a registared trademark however they don't seem to have the trademark on "wiki" lots of sites out there with wiki in the domain name.

right..which is what I said..wiki is one thing but the domains with the word Wikipedia in them I would avoid.

If Jimmy is still at the helm (I don't keep up with such things), I wouldn't sweat it that much. Unless you're doing something obnoxious, he's all about people making information free, regardless of the source/use, etc.

It's become a lexicon term, too, like "Google," and is likely to be in such common usage as to no longer be protected (if it ever was).
