First of all nobody would sell traffic which is of the qualitiy you described. He would be an idiot, think about it. Why should someone sell traffic for $100 if he can easily make $200 with it?

So building your own traffic is a good choice. But it will take a long, long time. Believe me, I went through this hell like everybody else on this board.:)

So your first step will be: post less, work more.
