So, my firend told me this, very interesting

Ok, so there is a train station, this guy comes out of the train and walks over the trainstation.
suddenly another guy comes out of the corner, and shoots this guy dead.

Police grabs the shooter, goes to police office, interogate him, and let him go free.

Well the shooter is free and no charges for him...

Here's the question for you, why the guy is free and no charges..

Little help for you, those guys know each other, though they are not friends or family members.
Killed guy did something for the shooter, so this is a revenge, but in the modern world you can't just shoot the guy and go free, except this time

So what's the issue!
