The "NEW" animated gif may be a bit over the top. Makes me wonder if I'm epileptic.

I think the menu should be structured more, so that visitors don´t scroll till tomorrow. Is it possible somehow?
Me personaly, I don´t like long scrolling pages, I´d rather chose what I want in menu.
But! It is the matter of oppinion..

i like the blue better than the purple but for me in the latest galleries section having new next to everything makes none of them really stand out. Maybe make a "newest" tag and hit 5 of them with it.

What you mean with :" its a start " this site is online for almost 1.5 years now and changed couple times completely of design. Stats are tracked again since few weeks. This is not the start date of real-8-teens.

so many youngs! The site is alright, may be there is a lack of more sexy pics of those girls. But this is not that important.
And color would be better pink as far as the girls are young and there is some association with pink.

Hello webdonkey, this is just a suggestion (not to nitpick, mind you) and you can use or not. The blues can be monotonous. A poster's comment to add pink in the page would be better, but that color's been done to death (especially in your niche). Would I suggest you play with autumn colors like bright orange, pink, violet and red?
