Is it possible to get partial refunds to the epass virtual visa?
 
You buy alot of stuff at once but then 2 items are not available and you get a partial refund. Is this possible with the epass virtual visa? How long does it take for the money to appear in the account?

shouldn't be a problem IMO

I got a full refund from Amazon on my virtual visa after waiting more than 2 months for a DVD that never arrived

Yes it takes anywhere from 1-7 days before the refund shows up.
