Suggested bitrate for .wmv files
 

Hi,
What's the suggested bitrate for .wmv files with a resolution at 720x545? Of course I'd like people with cable and DSL modems to be able to play the video without it being jerky. Also, would like the quality of the video to be as close to DVD quality as possible.
