how do i merge ip's?
 

I have found a list of ip's and need to merge the list into a list of IP ranges. Any tool for this? Thaks :thumbsup

Give an example of what each list looks like. Are these just text file lists of ips that need to be merged properly (one being of ip's one being of ip ranges XX.XX.XX.XX - XX.XX.XX.XX)? drop a few from each list in a post here so i can see what you are trying to achieve.

What's it look like? What kind of data do you have? awk/sed&cut/perl are your friend.

You mean like 192.168.2.16/12 - netblocks?
If the IPs are all over the place, how can you merger them?
