I'm a limp of cookie dough now but I've been known to pump it up in the past. hit a little juice to speed things up :winkwink:

I lost 50lbs in the last year, now building muscle, watching what I eat..

I'm 6' 7" so I try and stay lean just so I can fit behind the wheel of my car but I've photographed some bodybuilders and I luv the fitness models. Here's a shot I took of Cory Everson as she guest posed at the 1987 NPC Nationals.

I do regular exercise but I am not really a bodybuilder.. :)

I competed in the Mr. Arizona 2000. I know a thing or two about diet and exercise. What would you like to know?

Sorry to jump down your throat...Yes, I had to buy an NPC card to compete. Shit I think it was like $80 or something, then it needs to be renewed each year? I forgot the details.

I had a blast training for it. I had Troy Alves teach me my posing and help me with my posing routine. Troy worked out at a gym in Central Phoenix about 20 minutes away from my house, so it was convenient. He charged $50 an hour too. That added up quickly...

sure...she can ... but i wonder how much she can lift a year after the roids are out of her system :)

LOL... you all are totally confused... the pic I posted was not me, its an NPC bodybuilder I shot a few weeks ago, I do not take drugs, I competed in the ANBC (American Natural Bodybuilding Conference)

Sorry for the confusion... I respect the natural bodybuilders alot more since i know how much harder it is to get the results without help.
