my 35k option is much nicer.. 35 grand gets you your own personal island with 3.5 acres ..

it'd be cool, i'd put a few rental houses on it, and maybe a small water propelled generator to get power going, obviously if i could drop $75/mil on a island, i can drop a few extra mil on some work to get electricity going, and just have a small resort for people to vacation on, have my own place and shit, and ejoy it

maybe one day I'll be able to afford it :-/
