I was thinking about donny and his recent 'spiritual awakening' (and boy, I hope that never happens to me!!!) so naturally 'koolaid' came to mind . . here's the history of Kool Aid . . . it's very interesting actually

Yep I buy the old packets of Kool Aid, and Splenda sells packs now that are equal to 1 cup of sugar so I use that. Tastes good instead of plain water.
