Someone from Adult Friend Finder please fire this affiliate!
This jackass (adultfriendfinder.com/go/g674873.subdnkn) is using some kind of trojan to promote his fucking affiliate link.
I've already spent a little over $200.00 trying to get what ever the hell he put on computer off and no virus/trojan remover software so far has been able to find it and remove it. When I'm on an adult site his affiliate link just opens up in a new window and I'm getting fucking tired of it. I can't even update my sites in hope of not passing this shit on to my visitors. You need to can this fucker and keep any money he has owed to him currently. Tell me you dont allow this type of promotion. |
draaamaaaaaa
|
HOLY SHIT
i never thought about that... i can get the affliate's id just by the source lool... wow |
Good luck. I had something similar and I sent an e-mail to them about it. Nothing ever happened and the aff is still rolling along.
Before I hear responses about "Well you have to tell them first", it's very easy to spot an affiliate sending this kind of traffic. |
You paid 200 dollars for software to remove spyware? Hello surfer
|
thats fucked, i hope you are able to remove the spyware...

bump to get the attention of AFF!
|
if this can be proven (and I say make sure it can be proven) AFF should POST this fucker's name , address and another other info they have on him.
that kind of promotion should not be encouraged and totally discouraged. then get the feds on his ass |

google can always help
heres from a forum sounds like this guy had the same spyware http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/foru...hp/t49209.html ------- Hi, I hope this is not too long- I have a machine with IE 6 that is constantly being hijacked into the following web pages and has slowed down noticeably. The pages come up most often while we are at the Weather Channel, but have come up at other times. NO - I do not go to the porn sites! http://www.amaena.com/securityworm5/..._tz_scq_2&lid= http://www.worlddatinghere.com/iframe.php?did=10186 http://www.winfixer.com/download/200...6h_9&lid=keyin http://www.sexbuddies.com/signup/joi...13735376630%3F http://adultfriendfinder.com/go/g674873.subdate http://www.sexbuddies.com/signup/sig...13735376630%3F It started about 6 weeks ago and I have tried the whole gambit of cures. First, here is information about my system and protection. I have XP Home with SP2 and use IE 6 and Outlook. Since I have been hijacked I have been using Mozilla Firefox and have started to like it, but want to have the machine clean no matter what browser I use. I have ZoneAlarm Pro installed, Norton Anti-Virus, Spybot, Ad-Aware, Spyware Blaster, CCLeaner, Blacklight Beta, Trojan Hunter and of course Hijack This. I update all software twice a week and run scans with Norton’s, Spybot, and Ad-Aware daily. My local ISP catches most of the SPAM using software from Vircom. The Spybot will detect winfixer, correct it and within a few minutes it is back. I ran HJT and had the results analyzed twice and performed all the recommended corrections and still it comes back. I have backed up all my data files to DVDs as I am ready for the splurge on an upgrade to XP Pro and then do a re-format. The sad thing there is that some of the SW I have, such as Office only had a limited number of installs and I will have to buy new if that is the course I take. I am including a HJT log that I made this evening after I performed all the recommended operations you outline in the “Preparation Guide for use before posting a HijackThis Log.” I chose Panda as the on line anti-virus program, and have ran Stinger from McAfee, all with no luck in solving the problem. Here is the latest log from HJT. Thank you in advance for anything you can do for me. |

hey pointless, don't waste your time. The dumbasses on this forum are going to ask you the illogical and ridiculous of question of "prove you did not cheat", instead of asking the logical and intelligent question of "prove that this guy cheated", since they accused you. It's hilarious arguing with morons.

Same to you SmokeyTheBear! I'm running through the options but still no solution yet. Pointless, if this is your work man I don't even know what to say to you. This shit is very, very aggravating and time consuming to say the least. Hope you find a better way to market your sponsor's programs. |
bump 4 a clean internet

from what I've heard on the interweb, aff have a bad reputation for not doing anything about this. Not my opinion. Not fact. Just what ive heard
|
4 hours later and still no sign of this monster other than his affiliate links opening up new windows at will.
He really should be canned and exposed for the countless # of people he's doing this to. |
Needs his NUTZ Bar B Qed:thumbsup
|
AFF still accepting traffic from him.

Adult Friend Finders is almost on every spyware list in existence. I doubt very much that anything will be done about it. If you promote them, you'd better be ready to get ripped off big time.
Have you removed that spyware from your computer yet? Do you know what it is? Missie |
I am torn on this issue. AFF really isn't "sponsoring" these sites. Not by the true definition of sponsor. We in adult just use the term differently.
I don't like to see one affiliate telling a sponsor they can't do business with another affiliate. |
You don't want sponsors to be told they can't do business with some affiliates and these affiliates don't mind stealing from you. I guess you're all a big happy family. :)

I dont even know what it is other than spyware. I've never had this problem before to my knowledge so I'm not familiar with this area. |
bump for aff

Some spyware are not very smart, they put their name on these ads. I know zango used to do that and say "this ad brought to you by zango" or something along those lines. When you get popups do you see anything like that?
If not... Do "ctrl alt del" once and look at the processes that are running. If there's anything you don't recognize, do a search for it. If I knew what you had I might be able to help. Do you have any new icons on your desktop? tray? new toolbar? Click on "run" then "search" and "all files and folders" and search for "cws" without the quotes. If you got infected with CoolWebSearch, it's a nasty one but the best tool to remove it is free. :) IF it lets you download it. Missie |

Here's another AFF affiliate link opening in a new window
passion.com/go/page/gallery_landing_page&ip=auto&pid=p260504.sub . I've spent countless hours trying to track down this spyware and remove it instead of working on my sites. This fucker needs to be tortured for real! How do you just think this shit is cool  All affiliates need to boycott any sponsor who has affiliates using spyware promotions and does nothing about it. That ought to get their attention. |

No more affiliates... the only one left to steal from is the sponsor itself. Missie |
