We moved up to seven pieces of content every day.
 

We do so well with rebills and rejoins I decided today to move it all up a notch.

The paysite will maintain 405+ videos scenes, with 3 dropping out and adding 3 every day. The image sets are around 1300 adding 4 new sets every day. The system on taking out sets is slightly different to videos.

On the videos we drop out the 3 oldest. Like these at the bottom of the page, http://www.paulmarkhamteens.com/memb...rby=3;page=400

With the image sets we take out the ones with the lowest members scores, the ones at the bottom http://www.paulmarkhamteens.com/memb...by=7;page=1700. We can do this as we have so much image content to spare.

Eventually the site will move to 4 videos and 4 images sets every day.

Adding content every day makes a big difference. :thumbsup

Maybe I should open a lottery on when we close the content stores.

Paysites are easier than content stores for sure.

if rebills are so great why do you only offer only $25 pps?

Because if I offered more I would get accused of shaving. It really is that simple, the more you offer the more people think you are stealing money rather than running a good program. I get emails all the time asking how we can afford it.

Got any suggestions around it?

It rises on around 12 sales assuming your traffic stays two months. Or less if they buy the longer periods.

You know me, I try to do things a bit different. Giving members lots of new content every day seems to work well.

90 videos and now 120 images sets every month added to the site. That's more than most sites have in total.

Sounds good in theory. Can we hear from anyone who is sending any traffic and getting good ratios?
