As XBIZ reported last month, Porn Kings filed suit in U.S. District Court in Seattle, alleging that the owners of Porn Kings infringed on its rights by using Falcon images on websites and free hosted galleries without a license.

How exactly did PK sue PK for using Falcon images? Doesn't sound like a very good business decision.

Does anyone have links to the actual suits / complaints by both parties? I would be interested in reading them for myself rather then rely upon either party's spin, or xbix incompetent reporting.

What are the causes of action that PK is going after Falcon for? These cases could effect the future of the entire industry.

I read the counter suit . . seems like they are just asking another court to deny the suit against them.

Funny how many attorneys there are on porn boards.
