Seeking Webmaster in Tampa Area
 

I own a decent network of PE, Male Enhancement and related sites. I have built up the business over the past 6 years, specializing in physical products. I have a distribution center, and customer support staff, but need a webmaster to push the business to the next level. I used to do it all myself, but I have too many irons in the fire, and haven't had the time to move the web side of the business forward. Currently, the business makes $500 to $1000 per day. When I worked on it (a few years ago) I was growing the business like crazy, but now I just try to maintain it.

I'm looking for someone that is interested in an ongoing relationship. You must be able to show your experience in design, seo, affiliate management, etc. Remember, the sales, customer service and distribution are all handled. All you have to do is promote, promote, promote. The guy that runs the logistics side has been with me over 3 years. Again, I like to work with those who are in it for the long haul. I'm in the Tampa area, so I would prefer someone that I can meet with in person every once in a while.

I'm open to any compensation that works for you, but my thought was a flat amount per month, plus a percentage of sales over and above the historic average. $3,000 per day will be easy to attain given that I have: unique products that people are looking for, established manufactures, websites already getting good traffic. I recently launched an affiliate system, but don't have time to manage it.
