Killer Rollercoaster at Six Flags (Pic)
 

I heard Six Flags was going to be closing soon so I decided to make a trip with some of my friends to check out some of the newer rides on Saturday. If you like rollercoasters then "Tatsu" is definitely the ride to go on! You can obviously tell by the expression on my face (On the right).

Yeah, I heard it was suppose to be closing too...but I don't think it will now. I can't wait to try out that ride! :)

Tatsu is a great ride, but X is still the best thing there.....one of these days, they should re open it.

I was pretty bitter when I got there and saw that "X" was closed, it was one of the main reasons I went. But at the same time, I would rather it be safe enough to ride. :thumbsup Dont need to go on a "Final Destination" ride.

Cedar Point hands down best rollercoasters ... but when I can't make it to Ohio, heh, I'll take anything I can get.

The Superman at Six Flags is pretty cool ...

I went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The place was almost empty so i could go on most rides a few times. The Tatsu ride and the Riddlers revenge were my faves. So much fun :thumbsup

Yes X was closed when i was there too. I hope to get back again before the park closes. Does anyone have any idea when the park will close for good? :(

sod that!!! my old man took me on what was the fastest coaster in the us at the time when i was a kid before all the health and safety stuff kicked in!! now im scarred for life.. cant go anywhere near em!

Looks like a hell of a ride

I did hear from someone the other day that Magic Mountain is not 100% for sure going to close down.....it is one of the parks in the Six Flags chain that is up for sale, though-the new management in charge of Six Flags wants parks more oriented towards families with really young kids, so they are trying to downplay the "Xtreme" image and want to sell off Magic Mountain as it is pretty much all thrill rides. They are selling 2007 Season Passes (just got a renewal notice the other day), so maybe not. I talked to someone who works there and they said that a few other theme park chains have been looking at buying it, including Busch Gardens.

Now i desided to go to such thing on the weekend.

The place is always full of Mexians and Miniorities.

Im really hoping the place doesnt close down, its the only real rollercoaster theme park close to Los Angeles. :(

I love roller coasters. I have only been on ones at Universal in Orlando and Busch Gardens in tampa though.

Nitro is still by far the best coaster Six Flags have.
