i think most of them come standard when you buy a vB license.

Most of them are freely available from other sites. I don't know about custom ones like :321GFY (if that one IS custom)

Yes, they are all copyrighted to their original creator.

The fact they are available 'freely' means squatt, if someone can prove they were the original creator of them, in theory, they could bring a lawsuit for copyright violation.

they don't need to do anything , as soon it goes from a though to an object , it is automatically copyrighted , however to back up your claim , need some evidence to prove your case

the diy copyright act , registered mail , sent yourself the coding etc in the post via registered post , time and date stamped and signed for
