How much do you think the domain OUTBREAK.COM is worth?
 

I have some buddies that have a band and guess what their band's name is?

Just curious to what this name is worth. "outbreak.com"

i don't own it, i want to buy it for them, or my buddies want to buy it, i'm just helping them out

But would they part with it since it is their band name? I guess they could find another name though too :)

I worked on the movie Outbreak. I worked with Cuba Gooding Jr when he was kind of a nobody. Super nice guy. Dustin Hoffman was nice as well. He did a pretty good job at side stepping some schmuck that managed to sneak onto Warner Bros.

outbreak.com would be expensive as hell. I buy and sell domain names (probably too much for what I actually do with them) and a short pronounceable word like that is money. Especially the .com. Then throw in the fact it's a movie....you're talking big bucks to buy that.

The name is owned by a toy store in Boston, but is parked with trafficz.com.

Not only is it a nice type-in domain, but also very brandable.... if they've taken professional advice on what it's worth, it's a 6 figure domain.

yah i sent that bear store an email, no reply, you're probably right though, it's going to be too expensive of a domain for my buddies to buy for their band, since it's just a local type band.
