I was at the mall and money starting coming out of the ATM!!
 

I was just walking around the mall and out of nowhere money started coming out of the ATM and I immedietaly ran up to the machine and did not see anyone who might have just been using the machine so I grabbed the money and walked away, from a distance it looked like a few hundred bucks but it was only $60. I feel bad cause that was someones money but damn how does something like this happen in the first place?

Call the bank/company that owns the atm, tell them what happened. Or take the money to the police.

Yes, they have his face on file and are tracking his location right now, and they will know where he spent the money because the money is also being tracked.
