I was more implying that ccbill (hopefully) did their Due Diligence before pulling the plug. I haven't seen anything concrete yet. It's irrelevant if the site can't process signups anyway, I've pulled my links...

Hopefully its because they might have tried to contact and get feedback from the program owners without luck. Otherwise, at least some official info would be appriciated.

good for ccbill - they aren't going to risk their business and the thousands of other businesses who rely on them for one client - i'd drop them like a hot potato - if they're exonerated at a later date they'll get processing again.
