There are far more people who have the US on their shit list and deliberately avoiding air flights which even touch down on US soil - it's too much hassle. Got almost all US friends visiting Costa Rica instead of having to fly to see them. (It's like a breath of fresh air and complete break in a more relaxed environment for them - they all love it)
