Video Secrets Response to Zango Issue
 

It seems that the Zango issue has reach its critical mass and we would like to throw our two cents into the ring in case there is any question about our business practices.

Video Secrets has not and will not utilize marketing techniques which infringe on our affiliates' ability to make money, abuse the customer or which we find to otherwise be inappropriate. To that end we also prohibit our affiliates from using such techniques.

Our business model is simple -- provide a great product to the consumer and in turn a terrific upsell opportunity to our affiliates.

If you're interested in adding live cams that convert to your site check us out. If you haven't looked at our program in awhile -- even better. We exploding our resource materials with more IFRAMES and free hosted galleries (next week) as we re-launch our affiliate program.

We encourage all our affiliates to always use good judgment in their marketing practices and help us prevent the use of software or tactics which obfuscates the intended destination from the surfer. We're always around on email, ICQ and via phone if you have any questions about how you can make more money with our products.

I have used video secrets for years, but more recently started to really push them hard....I can say without a doubt they know what the fuck they are doing, between them and fling I have finally found two sponsors that convert on a consistant basis

When this first exploded, there were a LOT of programs that said they didn't/wouldn't support it etc. But one needs to check their TOS to be sure.

Awesome to hear! Does anyone have a full list of companies that have stated they do not and will not allow Zango?

This thread should be required reading for Lars and his company lawyers. It isn't hard to say no to Zango, and it isn't hard to put your morals just slightly ahead of the almighty dollar.

I have said this before and I will say it again: If you find a scammy, pushing the limits, copyright violating, hotlinking, or otherwise questionable site, you will usually find AdBrite and AFF/Cams as the sponsors. Two industry giants that combined couldn't spell "morals" let alone have any.

Hats off to the whole Videosecrets crew... you people gained a ton of respect today :)
