Hey grandpa, what's for supper?

On the stove tonight:
Sauteed yellow squash with onions, garlic and mushrooms... to be served over long grain and wild rice (microwave Uncle Ben's, we cheated;))
That's cornbread muffins on the side, and jumbo Gulf shrimp frying in the skillet.

Actually I've held my weight down pretty nice lately, but it's hard when my friend who's been staying with me since Katrina gets in the kitchen:upsidedow

He ran kitchens at the casinos for 10 years.

Nah, all that's healthy except the pork roast which I don't eat. The shrimp is fried, but I rarely eat fried:)
