Finally reply from textbill
Hello all!
Finally have recieved reply from textbill: To all Textbill Merchants, This is to clarify the Credit Card Processing situation as it stands today. Textbill Limited has been processing via Pay All Now Limited, payallnow.com , and this company has had a problem with it?s acquiring account. The Pay All Now acquiring account was suspended on the 14th of October 2006 with all funds processed frozen. Pay All Now has switched to a new acquirer in the meantime and we have still not been paid out from this new acquirer when we should have been. We are trying to rectify this problem with Pay All Now. To make clear, we have not received any monies that are due for out payment that is currently available in your payment sections, this is for credit card payments only. The SMS funds are still being made available as normal. The processed credit card funds are frozen by the Pay All Now bank for 6 months. Hmm, looks like alot of shit is hitting the fan lately when it comes to billing companies....

i started using them for an oddball project, the minute i realized I couldnt refund my own customers made me suspiscious and got rid of them... luckily only lost a couple hundred bucks
