CCBill not adding users... anybody else having this problem?
 

Received an error email from CCBill saying that it couldn't add a user, so I looged into the admin to manually add them... couldn't do that either. So, I called and they said they were having an intermittent problem and he added the user.

He said call back if it happens again. Well, a couple minutes later it happened again with another signup. Is this happening with anyone else?

Adam, we are currently experiencing difficulties with our user management system however we have been working on it and we hope to have it fixed very soon!

This is an intermittent error so it is not affecting every signup.

We had a similar problem today. You may be better getting a script of your own also to add users manually.

We use one to add/remove/block etc. Very useful. Sure you cand find something free doing a search
